1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:​

     • If services were purchased but not yet rendered

     • If there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from utilizing our services
        

2. Refund Process:

   • To request a refund, please contact us via email within three days days from the date of purchase

   • Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request

   • We will review your request and may request additional information if necessary

   • Refunds will be processed within two days of approval
      

3. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Certain items are non-refundable, including:

     • Services already rendered

     • Digital products or downloadable content

     • Gift cards or vouchers
        

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • If you wish to cancel a scheduled counseling or coaching session, please provide 2 days' notice to avoid cancellation fees

   • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
